We offer information and support for CFIDS patients and their friends and family. CFIDS stands for Chronic Fatigue and Immune Dysfunction Syndrome. Other names for this illness are CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) and ME (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis).
